RETREAT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

The Sacred Reset Experience, Divine Whispers Coaching & Mentorship

Purpose of the Experience

  • The Sacred Reset Experience is a transformational retreat designed to support emotional awareness, personal reflection, reconnection, and conscious living through guided group experiences, discussions, practices, and activities.

  • This experience is intended for personal growth and self-exploration purposes only.

Not Therapy or Medical Treatment

  • Participants understand and acknowledge that The Sacred Reset Experience is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, mental health care, or crisis intervention.

  • Divine Whispers Coaching & Mentorship and its facilitators do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions.

  • Participants are solely responsible for seeking appropriate professional medical or mental health support when needed.

Voluntary Participation

  • Participants understand that participation in all retreat activities is voluntary.

  • Participants are encouraged to honor their own emotional, mental, and physical boundaries throughout the retreat experience.

Personal Responsibility

  • By participating in The Sacred Reset Experience, participants accept full responsibility for their own:

    • emotional well-being

    • physical well-being

    • personal decisions

    • personal experiences

    • actions during and after the retreat

  • Participants understand that transformational work may involve emotional reflection and personal insight.

Shared Group Environment

  • Participants acknowledge that this retreat includes shared group experiences and, unless otherwise arranged in advance, shared accommodations.

  • Participants agree to engage respectfully and compassionately with fellow attendees and retreat facilitators.

Agreement

  • By registering for and participating in The Sacred Reset Experience, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.

LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE

The Sacred Reset Experience, Divine Whispers Coaching & Mentorship

Assumption of Risk

Participants understand that participation in retreat activities, travel, excursions, group experiences, emotional reflection practices, and physical movement activities may involve inherent risks.

Participants voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, illness, damages, or losses associated with participation in the retreat.

Release of Liability

By participating in The Sacred Reset Experience, participants release and hold harmless Divine Whispers Coaching & Mentorship, its facilitators, staff, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, expenses, or causes of action arising from participation in the retreat.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • emotional distress

  • illness or injury

  • travel incidents

  • accidents

  • loss, theft, or damage of personal property

  • transportation-related incidents

  • participation in excursions or activities

Travel Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

  • securing valid travel documentation

  • complying with travel requirements

  • obtaining travel insurance if desired

  • managing personal belongings and valuables

Medical Responsibility

Participants acknowledge that they are physically and emotionally capable of participating in the retreat and agree to seek appropriate medical care if necessary.

Agreement

By participating in The Sacred Reset Experience, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Liability Waiver & Release.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

The Sacred Reset Experience, Divine Whispers Coaching & Mentorship

Retreat Payments

Full payment is required to reserve participation in The Sacred Reset Experience.

Refund Policy

All retreat payments are final and non-refundable due to advance planning commitments, accommodations, transportation coordination, and limited retreat capacity.

Travel Insurance

Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected travel disruptions, illness, emergencies, or cancellations.

Retreat Changes or Cancellation

Divine Whispers Coaching & Mentorship reserves the right to modify retreat schedules, activities, accommodations, or arrangements when necessary.

If the retreat must be cancelled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, participants will receive additional communication regarding available options.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Sacred Reset Experience, Divine Whispers Coaching & Mentorship

Confidentiality & Respect

The Sacred Reset Experience is intended to provide a safe and respectful environment for all participants.

Participants agree to:

  • respect the privacy of fellow participants

  • maintain confidentiality regarding personal stories shared within the group

  • engage respectfully with facilitators and attendees

  • contribute to a supportive group environment

Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward facilitators, staff, and fellow attendees throughout the retreat experience.

Divine Whispers Coaching & Mentorship reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, harmful, or inappropriate.

No refunds will be issued in the event of removal due to participant conduct.

Shared Accommodations

Participants acknowledge that retreat accommodations may include shared living spaces and shared bedrooms unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Photography & Media

Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during retreat activities for educational or promotional purposes.

Participants will have the opportunity to indicate their media consent preferences during registration.

Force Majeure

Divine Whispers Coaching & Mentorship shall not be held responsible for delays, changes, cancellations, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters

  • severe weather

  • government restrictions

  • travel disruptions

  • illness outbreaks

  • emergencies

  • transportation interruptions

Agreement

By registering for and participating in The Sacred Reset Experience, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA CONSENT
